There’s a new build of binary packages for DragonFly, based off the 2021Q4 quarterly ports release. This will require an upgrade of most if not all packages cause of a switch from LibreSSL to OpenSSL as the default SSL library.

Why switch to OpenSSL?
I think – and don’t take my word for certain cause I was not involved – was that there was less breakage when building binary packages with OpenSSL. LibreSSL is still an option; it’s just not being used for these prebuilts.
