Adaptec 1420 support in DragonFly

DragonFly now has support for the Adaptec 1420. “Now” means since last month, cause I am working through my link backlog.

Areca tests DragonFly directly, so anything supported by their arcmsr(4) driver would work – I have only heard good things about their hardware. I dunno which model is SATA/PCIe.
