Tomohiro Kusumi has finished his port of autofs to DragonFly; you can now have a filesystem automatically mount when accessed, rather than requiring it at boot.

Hmm. This is interesting. Is this designed to replace the old automount daemon in Dragonfly?
This is xBSD so check man page. automount cooperate with autofs and both man pages are updated accordingly even with author of this.
amd on DragonFly seems to have isssues and not working well.
