This bites many people sooner or later: you think you’ve turned sendmail off, but it still gets opened up on your system. The answer: sendmail_enable=”NONE”.
(It should support sendmail_enable=”NOPE”.)

Sendmail is still in base? A thought it was replaced by DMA :/
this needs to happen.
All the parts are there to make the replacement happen, as far as I know; someone needs to invest the time, which is the rarest resource.
There were a few minor DMA features that needed to be set up, but I don’t remember what they are, and that very well may not be the case any more, anyway.
