Another way to get PCI ids

Sascha Wildner has added a way to get a new list of PCI IDs added to the system; for those who don’t know, these lists are how the system knows what names to use for devices detected and listed in dmesg.

The change is only for the database which is used by pciconf(8). I extended the script for producing this database to take into account also the pci.ids list, so it’s now merged from 3 lists instead of 2.

dmesg’s IDs and descriptions are handled separately in the kernel.
