Bleeding-edge DragonFly may suffer some instability issues; Matthew Dillon is making scheduler changes to accomodate larger numbers of CPUs. On the other hand: yay, better performance!
Thus far performance has suffered a bit for the 6 core case, while the 48 core case has improved substantially. Further work will be going into mitigating the performance lost at the low end.
