“The $69 Billion Domino Effect.” will be happening more often, since the whole IT industry is hype based. “The Hype is the Product” means they do not make any money. So the only thing they can is to give out shit for free and then make it a subscription service afterwards hoping that some of their customers start paying for it. RedHat is trying to do the same with Enterprise Linux.
In very near future we will see those companies either go broke or starting fair business practices. ppl should stop putting any money into this scam oriented industry and it will collapse into itself very fast.
