I don’t like the way that article is written, nor do I want to be a part of that argument. However, I did want to note the (unsubstantiated, but I don’t know where I’d find otherwise) non-disparagement clause from the Linux Foundation. I don’t like any organization signing employees to agreements that last beyond employment – general noncompetes, or speech restrictions.
