I’m more interested in having a legal entity that can sign agreements. Some products like java require some processing, legally, to be used at this point.

Set up a Corporate Sponsorship page where companies worldwide can sponsor DFly in exchange for an advertisement link to their web site. That way, US & foreign businesses can claim a tax deduction (as advertising cost). Big sporting events have been doing stuff like this for years.
