a different fdisk

Apparently the OpenBSD fdisk is much nicer than the one we have inherited from FreeBSD – anyone want to import it?

There is a good reason OpenBSD fdisk wasn’t imported into FreeBSD: It’s severely broken. In some cases (mine) it overwrites the first primary partition’s boot block with the partition table (making both the previously installed system and the new OpenBSD install unbootable).
